BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAYING INSIDE AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).  Another wild and wooly winter morning greeted our swimmers today. The waves had settled…so they tell me…but it was still pretty hectic as I watched the bravest of pink...

Today we tackled head on one of the great unanswered questions for swimmers. A question asked silently for generations of swimmers, a question many believe is too challenging to ask let alone answer. Yes, you guessed the question if not the answer… what is the best coffee to have after a swim? There were over...

BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAYING INSIDE AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19). The temperature reading in the car this morning was a warm 14 degrees! It was a bit drizzly when I got to the beach and given the varying temp...

‘How was the swim?’ I always ask swimmers as they appear at the top of the ramp, usually beaming brightly and glowing… Today the resounding answer was ‘beautiful!’ It was very cold though, probably 15.5 again… but endorphins were flowing and nobody (really) complained! It was calm, incredibly clear and awesome to be out there,...
