59 ‘ticked’ Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
The stingrays were up and swimming with the pink caps this morning, maybe they feel the cold, the water is now under 20 degrees – the first day under 20 this season !
A stunning start to the day; a beautiful sunrise, flat clear water, sharks, huge groupers and lots of fish.
Good photographs too 🙂 two of them are courtesy of James Goins: the one with the ski and Anna ‘ticking’ 🙂
Winter tip: fill up a bottle with boiling water just before you leave home, wrap your towel around it. It will keep the warmth in the bottle and warm up your towel. When you get out of the water you can poor the warm water over yourself followed by a lovely warm towel 🙂
Happy birthday to Michel Le Vieux today 🙂
Water Temperature 19.7 degrees.
Sunrise 6.37am.
Sunset 5.06pm.
Low Tide: 8.36am.
High Tide: 2.50pm.

What!!!!
Sounds like I’m missing the start of my cold water training.
I’m stuck in Perth in a heated pool and I would take 15 degree Shelly to Manly over 23 degree pool swim any and everyday. Really drives home how lucky we are.
pool = boring as bats..t

ps. Gaetan what her name???
Funny that you’re already referring to her ‘as work’.
