When we immerse ourselves, we stop time. Before and after are left behind, and all we have is one moment. And without the legacy of the past, or expectations of the future, we find our spontaneity. Time for play. Exploration and presence.
Lara finds a turtle. Di finds a massive wobby around the point. Brett, Trish and I stared seaward at the long swell, and up at the Trident to the north we catch some of the southerly swell. A sunrise is the other thing that interrupts us.

Jen walks past and shares what we are thinking. It is getting colder. We are into the classic winter swims, its turning cold, and clear. Entry was 10 feels like 3. And the water has dropped 1 degree to 19 with the offshore breeze.can we add hot outdoor showers to the DA?
