Wave Maiden Colleen was greeted with beautiful birthday yellow roses. Also happy birthday to Guy Dunstan.
- I arrived at 6 am just before the start of Booty Camp.
- Caught the 6am ‘canaries’ on the edge.
- Patrick about to use Kennys board.
- The girls from Manly LSC Masters looked faster on the sand than the boys.
- Roger shot me on the balcony.
- I love the view of the curved railing from the balcony.
- I called out to Rusty & Ali.
- Simon tried to give Craig some swimming tips within Seans earshot.
- I did sprints to the Trident with Ali, Trish, Sam, Brett & Rusty.
- Monday young Tri-athletes entered the water near the body surfers, just after the tail end of the main 7am B&Bers.
- Masters had ‘brew with a view’.
- The Lifeguard was preparing the beach safety boards @7.05.
