Yes. Swimming is an individual activity but people tend to want to belong to something. While all the swimmers are open water swimmers and many are also BB swimmers, there are other combinations they belong to.
One good thing of few that occurred since BC (before Covid) is that swimmers have their own cozzies or swim caps showing their adherence to a sub group of open water or BB swimmers. A delight to see
Striking to approach the swim today after the indispensable ritual or reading Elaine’s (or Jon’s message about conditions) because she said it was 9degrees but feels like 0. Yikes.
