A beautiful ceremony today for Anzac Day and the bold and beautiful swim group.
Bruce introduced the ceremony , two readings from Blake and Flip who did so well, plus the special performance of the last post on the bugle. A nice big crowd gathered on the beach.
I had a fabulous swim almost totally solo, temperature is 21.3 degrees and the drawing today included wind forecast etc. So pretty .
You could see the sand all the way across, swimming amongst fish and even the turtle came out before finding a rock to hide under.
Quite a few newbies but I only met this couple from Liverpool , hope they had a great swim after such a long drive.
A lost sharkband is now with Ian from management.
