In case you’re wondering Bolderdash is on as usual tomorrow morning, being Monday an all. So if you fancy burning some of today’s calories we’ll see you there, in the water at 5.50am, conditions permitting of course as there’s some decent nor-easterly blowing right now 🙁

Would have loved to be there today. Tested the tummy this afternoon at Dee Why and tore one if my 6 “wounds”. Plan to be there tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
