This morning we thanked the Lifeguards of Manly Beach for their assistance.
Roger used his incredible artistic skills to prepare a beautiful gift for the Lifeguards of Manly Beach. I cannot imagine how many hours this took Roger to prepare, it is amazing, well done Roger!
Following the 7am swim, a presentation was made when the B&B swim gave Roger’s artwork and a few slabs of beer to the Lifeguards of Manly Beach to thank them for their dedicated service.
We are all very grateful for the Lifeguards of Manly Beach.
It was another beautiful morning and the water temp was a glorious 21.9 degrees!
Only two sleeps until Christmas and the girls and boys of the B&B are excited!
Ian and Dr Cathie Forster.
Dr Forster is a fantastic cardiologist and I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with Dr Forster if you have any cardiac concerns. She has helped many B&B swimmers and has saved lives.

Kendall has completed two years towards her PhD in Medical Research at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. Only one year to go Kendall!!
Whilst I didn’t get a photo of the turtle, here is a photo of Jo who saw the turtle this morning! It’s the next best thing.

Fabulous blog matching a fabulous swim. Yay to the Manly lifeguards and also Roger for his idea and execution of such a great artwork. I did not see a turtle but I saw two duskies!!!
