Over 62 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
There were plenty of waves rolling in and lots of water moving around, but it was mild compared to yesterday. There were actually even some fish out there braving it with us this morning too.

Terry zoomed past people on the way back to shore as he caught the wave of the morning all the way from out the back.
Jane however got caught by the wave of the morning and lost her goggles as she got flipped around. At least you know your back Jane 😉
Stephen took a couple of great photos for us from the sidelines again today. The second one is lovely photo of some of the swimmers about to go over the crest of a wave.

James swam an early lap into Shelly and back all on his lonesome… well he was accompanied by his tears… Alex you’d better bring James a lolly-pop tomorrow to make up for standing him up…
It’s not all sad for James this morning though, as he swam right over the top of what he thought was a Kingfish right in shallows at Shelly Beach, but it wasn’t a kingfish at all it was a beautiful dusky whaler. After the hundreds of dusky’s that James has seen this was the first one he has had the privilege of being this close to and as such the first time he realised they have a beautiful blue colour to them.
The Garmin report from this morning’s swim is below… there’s no hiding the fact that I braved the waves on the way out but gave them a wide birth on the way back…

Hi Jalna – You might not get this in time, but I may not be at B&B tomorrow (Wed.) for you to try on the fins for the swim, but might make it to coffee . Will be there Thurs., with fins, so we may catch up then or some time this week.
