Beautiful conditions today. The calm, flat water is back :-). We had a free exfoliation and seaweed wrap to start and finish today with a couple of bonus stingers across the middle too.

Aaahh, my thighs are finally free of cellulite after wading through the spa like treatment of seaweed twice this morning.
But most of all I’m in awe of Iain’s massive swim yesterday. While the rest of us were enjoying Manly Food & Wine and the gorgeous winter sun, Iain spent the entire day in the ocean!!
Well done Princess Softie, and congratulations!

Nick, considering we are on 2 weeks away from the shortest day of the year, I think that with the extra sunlight we should aim for 30 for a summer badge.

What a lovely swim this morning. Nice and warm at 19c plus in the water, quite flat and SUNNY.
Well the good news is that it is predicted to be Sunny the whole week up until Sunday and the swell will get even less until Sunday when it will be totally southerly and so won’t affect us at South Steyne.
It looks like a great week of swimming in lake Manly, with the water temperature holding up as well. MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES I reckon.

I love your photos James, wish I’d got up. Don’t mind the odd bit of seaweed.
