Excellent weather for Rusty’s birthday. There could have been some waves but other than that it was a delightful morning. He’ll just have to have many happy returns to the beach to check out the wave situation to enjoy long into the future

Swimming today were some triathletes. As usual ! Ward Coaching triathletes heading to Nice in. Month for world championships. We swim with amazing people.
16.4 today in the water. Heading to Brrr so some in wetsuits and some without. Whatever works
