BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY SWIMMING AS A GROUP SOCIAL DISTANCING IS STILL REQUIRED. STAY INSIDE UNLESS EXERCISING. EXERCISE AND GO HOME CORONAVIRUS (COVID) I don’t blog to sound judge-y but this morning there were a lot of people hanging around as though the flattening curve allows for normality to be restored. It is...

BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAYING INSIDE AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).   Hey groovers! I’ve estimated we are around week 4 of staying at home in isolation and whilst the days have been glorious and offered swimming perfection, as the sun...

BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAYING INSIDE AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).   Coral and Pearl have been wanting to share one their new found isolation hobbies since their last post so thought we could all try some origami today. BOLD & BEAUTIFUL IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING DUE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAYING INSIDE AS MUCH AS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19). That doesn’t mean to say we can’t exercise… so for most of us it’s a swim earlier or later than the usual 7am time, on our own or with...

Those who say one person cannot bring down the world, have obviously not eaten a bat! (care of Facebook 😁) We’re still in the thick of this surreal time thanks to that bat eating person (I hope it tasted good otherwise this was all for nothing) and we are all trying to navigate this time...

Glorious day down at Manly this morning. It was 19 in the water and 18 and sunny out! Although the B&B can’t swim as a group we are still allowed to exercise if we stick to social distancing rules. B&Bers can be seen at all times of the day swimming on their own or with...
