Then it was straight from the swim to be part of Guy Leech’s World Record for the largest fitness circuit. Collectively we smashed it, with a new world record of 1335 !! Well done Guy and everyone who worked hard to make this happen and to everyone who got behind it and took part this morning. Great fun 🙂

Next World Record… Guinness Book of World Records here we come B&B, for the largest daily open water swimming group in the world 🙂
10 swimmers enjoyed the early Bolderdash and 4 doubled. Inez doing all three; the Bolderdash, the regular 7am swim and the double – 6km for the second week in a row, well done you 🙂

- B&B CHRISTMAS PARTY Wed, 12th Dec from 6.30pm upstairs at The Steyne Hotel !
It’s Retro theme so dress up and come and boogie the night away.
If anyone knows a good retro DJ (or band) that would like to come and
play for us as our very own Warwick is sadly unavailable. Party food
will be provided so please let us know if you can come by booking in here to help plan the catering. Drinks can be purchased from behind the bar throughout the night. - November’s monthly happy hour
drinks and nibbles at Murray’s is on next Wednesday, 14th Nov from 6.30pm, so please rsvp here so we have an idea of how many people are coming to help plan for the catering and come and join in the fun ! - November’s B&B special
monthly Bluewater Dinner has to be moved from Mon 26th Nov to Wed 28th
Nov as Bluewater are lucky enough to have their own Christmas Party that
night. If you’ve already booked in for the Monday and
you can still come on the Wednesday you don’t need to do anything. If
you now can’t come please let me know. If you want to come but haven’t
book in yet, please do so now, here !

It does get to be like a big, happy family Diana, where all ages swim together, laugh together and support each other. Had some bad news after my swim today that we’d lost our much loved dog, Sox, to paralysis tics. Thanks for the hugs B&Bers xx

Well done also to Pippa for her first Bolderdash, and in rough conditions too. I love the way the other B and B ers are always so happy and encouraging for other people’s achievements, whenever they go to the next level up. Great group.
