17/11/2012 – Jimble Sushi – It’s Swell !

17/11/201212

Over 159 Bold & Beautiful swimmers start their weekend in style !

There’s plenty of Movembers in full swing now, I guess one good thing about them would be jimble protection ?

ET swam with us this morning !

a mermaid too 🙂

We have all sorts amongst our wonderful group 😉

A great thing for the whole family and all your friends 🙂

Welcome to all 12 of our first timers this morning.

Mark really wanted to show us his muscles so he swam Bolderdash with 10 other swimmers, found a bluie up at Queensie, wrapped it around his arm and swam all the way back to Manly with it !

Rainer and Sharon got a bit confused with their underwear this morning.  What will it be tomorrow… cross dressing !?

Rainer wasn’t confident that his inside out clothing attempt would be blog worthy so he went straight for gold and kissed a jimble !  Ouch !  Seriously guys… Mark, Rainer, self harm is really taking things a little too far.

John S has got the best idea.  Precaution is better than cure !  Thanks for the photo Brendan.

We packed out the whole of Bluewater for brekkie this morning too, thanks for the photos Stephen – oh and the inspirational blog title too 🙂

6 swimmers doubled, 6 continued on after the regular swim up to Queensie and two of those finished with another lap of Shelly to make it a round 6km for the morning.

Happy birthday to Debbie Long today 🙂

Mark’s bluie sting looks half decent at least.. bit like a tribal tattoo gone wrong. My big lip on the other hand just looks plain ridiculous.
Jules – still can’t believe how you just barged into the men’s shower to take that picture of me!!

A good warning not to get Botox treatment.

Surprisingly, the sting’s not overly painful.. It’s the Botox jokes that hurt!

    Very true John!
Jules, couldn’t agree more. Thanks for all the hard work you put into B&B. The most beautiful way to start the day for so many of us..

Rainer – hoping the lip is reducing in size, I would be more worried about Stephen taking photos in the showers than a Jimble kiss!
Brekkie for sure tomorrow, had to miss out this morning to speed off to Stampede – where I basically swam through mud for 5ks *bnb on tour shot alert*

Thanks John and Rainer, that’s very kind of you to say, we are all very lucky to have each other. Where else could you have so much fun with such a wonderful group of people and all before breakfast too 🙂

Hope your lips are shrinking now ???
It seems that Jimble may have been a bit randy this morning… Col Hook got a smacker on the lips too. See photo added to the bottom of the blog.
