I particularly enjoyed informing here there were a few sharks underneath her this morning… You can tell it was after this pic was taken… Have a great trip Chloe!
Lauren is going back to USA and has asked me to announce she will be back soon, so she can deliver another happy “let’s go” at Shelley – just like this one below…

We’ve got Yellowtail, Cuttlefish, Duskies, Puffy the puffer fish (Nicki Brake’s fav!)
Kingfish, Old Wives, Flathead, The little banner fish, Blue Grouper…
….all happily swimming under us every morning!

You can’t go wrong whichever direction you swim in at the moment…. We must have had 20 Boldercrawlers this morning. A bit slow waiting for Miles at Queensie, otherwise all good:-)

Agree Lesblog, the first photo would definitely be the second best photo of the week!
Is there anyone out there that hasn’t done “Winter without Wetsuit” before and would be interested in giving it a go in aid of charity? Ideally people who would not be normally thinking about it to make it a real challenge!

LSA, thanks so much for organising today’s Boldercrawl! What a treat! Conditions were just perfect! Management should seriously consider extending official BD season until at least end of June.
I would have done Curl Curl with you tomorrow. Provided someone captures the whole 7 hours on video and uploads it to the blog.
Nick, another superb blog! Despite the fact that I’m not in it for once. That cuttlefish must be leading Snorkles’ spread sheet by a mile now.. what a blog tart!!

The beautiful”bannerfish” is actually a Moorish Idol, swimming with the Old Wifes to pretend he’s one of them! They are no relation to the Bannerfishes, but lots of similarities. Zoom in on his sweet liitle scooped nose – it’s just like a hedgehog’s!

A school of tiny squid at Shelly this morning – very cute, when they see you they all swim vertically, gazing up at you with their bright green eyes. I also saw a small school of Mackerel or Bonitos, very fast and elegant fishes with a David Jones pattern (well, almost) along the side.

Stunning photos of the Manly-Shelley swim. I am currently in Koh Samui for a few days and I have, as yet, not found anything to match the waters of our Cabbage Tree Bay. I am envious of you guys at home. Keep on lovin’ it!
