1/6/13 – June Onesie!

01/06/201326

It’s the first day of Winter – and how do we do it…?

Have a onesie day, with donations going to The Royal Far West Children’s Hospital!

This morning is better summed up in pictures rather than words… so, with the help of the Incredible Giles… here we go!

Godzilla put the books out…

A day where the people dressed as animals and the animals dressed as people….. Good boy, Turbo!

Reow, you two!

The sea life had a bit of a day off really… all I saw was this great little fiddler ray and a cuttlefish that wanted no part of the occaision….

Apparently Mary whipped up this little number from scratch…

Stats:

Swimmers: 254!

New friends: 10!

Doublers: 12

Water: 20.8c

Sunrise:6:51

Sunset: 4:54pm

Have a great weekend!

    Great blog Nick.
    Photos are fantastic.
Thank you JK for asking me to do the Shelly “lets go” today.
This is one of the greatest days of my life!
Thank you to the lovely Sarah Abbot Hong Kong Triad Queen for corrupting the PC challenge which makes the first legitimate 500km badge all the more special.
Thank you to the other 50% of the integrity police for making sure the legitimacy of ticks remain true.
Thank you to Jenny A for ticking while I was not there for without your help, my 500k badge would still be on order.
Thank you to all the BandB ers for making this suspicious, oops auspicious occasion all the more special. Thank you for not making a fuss and can I also remind you all that a guard of honour must be straight. Not like the pathetic banana shaped thing you did for Jules!!
I will see you all tomorrow

Congratulations Shady Shauny and all the 500s! Can’t wait to join the Club and get my new badge on return:-)
Thanks for the kind acknowledgement of all my assistance. Much appreciated! Without it, no one would know the depths of depravity you had to sink to for the sake of a little bit of cotton to sew onto your new onesie. Pic please!!

    Great blog today Blog person!
Shaun, congratulations on being the first legitimate, certified and accredited 500 kms swimmer.
Truly an achievement, it makes it so much more special given you didn’t need to cheat, bride the HKTQ or b part of ‘management’ to get there!
I hope to also follow in ur footsteps and make it soon with honesty and integrity.

    Thank you John S
Thank you for your support, partnership in integrity, your company and your ticks, without any of which I could not have made it!!
I appreciate your acknowledgment that we have not given in to temptation from the evil genius HKTQ or her Henchies. It’s a tough job, rarely, acknowledged and your thoughts go a long way towards reinstating the core values of the B and B..
    I Thank you all!!
Remember, please don’t make a fuss but a guard of honour swimmers tunnel should be straight!!
