Now back to today’s swim!

I was abandoned by not only Ian Forster and John Kelly this morning but also John Bond was a no show! 🙂

So off Tim goes to take the temperature… (18.4!) – thanks Tim!

The lads arriving…

Breaking News! I managed to get a sneak pic of the INSIDE of the surf club showers!! Sooo not finished!! 🙂

The dog section of the blog 🙂

I think I see a few faces here who are back after a long time away!??

Guess who?

This wobbie was at the bottom of the deepest section – he must be massive because I took the shot from about 6 metres away and this is not zoomed in – Simon C can you do the maths and work out how big he is please? 😉

Everyone waiting for me to arrive at Shelly!

Coming back in this wave appeared from nowhere!!

Sarah and Turbo checking out the talent – I think Turbo is very impressed! 😉

Bold and Beautiful On Tour

Our Lovely Tuesday blogger Mary is over in France – she managed to find a lake to swim in! Message from Mary:

“Hello from sunny France!  Found a lovely lake for a swim yesterday.  No fish but you should see the size of the gulls!!!  Missing you all.
Cheers Mary”

We miss you too Mary!!!

 Staying safe

Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits. Do read these excellent tips on staying safe in the surf. To read, or even download, click here.

Fantastic blog Bubs, I do look forward to your Wednesday take on events.
    Great sign off pic!
Acording to my calculations, the Wobbi is 24.7m long. Wow.
(Either my maths may need some work or the Wobbi beast has been swimmng every day or doing booty camp!)
Thanks for keeping in touch Mary.

I don’t know, the boys just can’t hack the pace after a B&B dinner hey !? Maybe it was all the air swimming they were practicing after Sarah Anne’s tips that tired them out.
    Congratulations on ur 1000km Stephen !! 🙂
Woo hoo for Anna in advance for tomorrow. First female to get the 1000km right !? Hope you don’t sleep through the alarm tomorrow now Anna.

    Good post Lesbubbles.
I saw lots of people perfecting the perfect crawl today. Inspiration from last night. Great talk from Sarah Ann Evans -made me realise actually how crap I am at swimming!
Love our dinner/presentation evening. Feel so lucky to be part of this fabulous group!

This has nothing to do with todays swim- which was fun- BUT does anyone know how to contact the B&B swimmer who is the Marriage Celebrant? Ian Forster was it you who recommended her? Jenny Knapman has my phone number if you want to text me details. Thanks
