With 20 degrees in the water , 1/2 a metre of South East swell and 8k/h of light wind, the swim was looking great till I heard about the dust up at Avoca by one of our sharkey mates and a doctor of all people. I assume mistaken identity but the reporters suggest its the warm water.?
So after a quick check to make sure the water was below optimum, we decided to wait for the 6:30 crew to try our luck.
For those that are not aware its quite busy at 6:30.
On the way out the Girls boat crew confirmed no sightings.
So half way over a little out to side of the pack we saw him….
The closest thing to a shark we could find.
The morning sky was a little less than its normal crystal blue.
Lots of fish though
And back on land the WOW’s babysitting for the swimming Mums and learning to crochet at the same time.
Have a great week everyone.
Brian
And dont forget our very own Isobel on tonght at Dinner.

Stunning sunrise photo.
Those babies look so cute. Could have raised a few dollars for Royal Far West if we sold them.
