Ian said the visibility was still pretty good, thankfully with none of the bull shark booger. Hopefully that has gone for permanently.
Per the sign the beach is closed today, so like the good clubby I am I did not go in. Our Kiwi neighbours have kindly sent us a Tasman Low.

The surfers are enjoying the big waves.
Julie is going back to WA in a few days so I got a selfie with Elizabeth, Lyndall and me

Speaking of the weird conditions we experienced of late, I wonder what exposure to the algae / seaweed will do to us. What is this? Is it Our Future? Or is it the love child of an octopus and a human?

Even though I didn’t swim I can’t do 2 blogs in a row with no sea creatures so here are some from my First Ever Night Dive last week, from Fairlight.

I guess we all know the badge ceremony has been cancelled but on the 15th you can collect your badge from in front of the surf club between 8 and 9

Not sure if it’s OK to post this but in the spirit of seeking forgiveness before permission here goes. The gorgeous woman in the photo is Suzie. I met her on an ocean swim trip to The Philippines a few years ago and see her down here quite often. She really loves the B&B community to the point of being about to move from North Epping to Queenscliff to be closer.

She is doing the Head Above Water swim this weekend to raise funds for this Northern Beaches charity (suicide prevention). She would love it if you could share her story, and if you could donate $5 (less than the cost of a Coffee) that would be fantastic. The amount is irrelevant, what’s most important is to share this story
