Apparently another cold cold swim as you can see from today’s blog title.
This is my penultimate blog – my time is coming to an end as the blogmaster and I will soon have to bid you farewell. Julie will be back in the blog seat on Sunday and will no doubt have a few stories to tell from her latest overseas adventure. Apparently what channel 9 didn’t show in their news report was the wild parties, drugs, sex and sordid drunken debauchery (Ill let Julie fill you in)
Today’s turnout: 50 swam + 2 newbies ( we have had a steady flow of new recruits over the past couple of weeks so word is defiantly getting around)
Birthday wishes: A noticeable absentee from this mornings dip was Jenny Knapman. It is Jenny’s birthday ( she is 26 today!) her girlfriends celebrated in her absence by eating muffins at Manly Wine ( lovingly made by jenny Rees) The word is that Miss Knapman opted to spend the morning at home with a couple of Tradies . Happy Birthday Jenny.
Fact of the day: A group of jelly fish is called a smack.
