It really was a stunning morning and conditions were perfect for a lovely swim.

I think it was such a lovely morning that people were more enthusiastic than usual when it came to blog tarting.
Just to confirm, I encourage blog tarting. I will always try to feature a good photo of anyone blog tarting / posing with great enthusiasm when I’m writing the blog.
Shelley and Lucy, you set a great example.
Alex, you did a pretty good job of blog tarting this morning.

Monthly Dinner – Guest Speaker!
The next B&B monthly dinner will be on Tuesday 10th May at 6.30 pm at Bluewater Restaurant. The guest speaker for the night will be one of our own swimmers, Fiona Reid, who is a family law expert, and has appeared regularly on the Sunrise program on Channel 7. Fiona’s light-hearted talk is titled “Divorce: the new black” and will explore some of the reasons why divorce rates continue to escalate.
The cost of the dinner is only $25 a head and includes shared entrees, a selection of mains to choose (incl a vegetarian option), corkage (for byo wine only) and a little thank you for the staff. B&B Swim School is Back
Join Pacific Jules Coach Sarah Anne for an hour at Shelley Beach to learn the essentials of how to breathe in your freestyle stroke, and ultimately how to swim more efficiently in the open water.
If you’ve attended these workshops before, then it’s the perfect chance to brush up on your technique and work on progressing your stroke further.
