Lovely swim to Queenscliff this morning it was like swimming in a pool with a few gentle swells. Swimming tip of the day: the shortest distance between two points is a straight line 🙂

Nice morning. My best swim for a long while, when i say ‘best’ i mean i wasnt last as usual and i wasnt knackered by half way. Swimming is soooo much easier when it is that flat.

Beautiful swim this morning followed by a little beach run and a board paddle…best way to start the new week!
Hey all you Bold & Beautiful swimmers don’t forget to get your own B&B 2011 calendar… you can buy them from Jenny Knapman or myself before and after the morning swim or from me at my office inside the h2o Manly store.

Michel is doing a wonderful job….Julie better watch out. And Yes….the perfect stocking filler is a BandB 2011 Calender. Be quick before they all go!
