100 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
A tonne of swimmers enjoyed a gorgeous swim this morning in beautiful peaceful waters. Check out just how beautiful in this range of stunning and entertaining photos covering the whole swim courtesy of Richard Glover.

Yet again, it’s at B&B you learn the latest innovations and fashion… Greg McD in his special ‘swim one way, walk one way’ wetsuit !!

It’s no surprise we had the paparazzi hounding us again this morning…
We are a guaranteed beautiful sight

There’s always enough time for a little TLC at Shelly, and when you’ve travel 50km’s round trip for your morning B&B swim like Brian and Jenny do, you sure want to make sure it’s just right.

Not sure why but apparently this one’s for you Attracta ??

Some more beautiful photos from this morning courtesy of James

And the stars were aligned for Paul H as he left home this morning with the moon and two stars were all pointing him straight to his morning swim.

Is it any wonder I said yes when these three ‘Bold & Beautiful’ swimmers asked me to join their team for the graveyard shift from 10pm-3am next Saturday night for the 24 hour Mega Swim to raise money for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, the most common disease of the central nervous system affecting over 21,000 Australians.

If you would like to sponsor our team, “Doing Our Bit For MS”, please click here I’m swimming in place of Felicity O’Neill with Robert Hayter, John O’Neill and Patrick See above. We will all be following straight on to B&B for our special swim at 7am on Sunday morning, 24th June, to celebrate Bruce Paterson’s life and scatter his ashes. To learn more and book in for brekkie please click here.
I’m sure we have many more B&B swimmers also participating in the 24 hour Mega Swim for MS. Please let us know who ??
Elaine DJ just loves her mornings in Manly, but seeing June dressed up as a tiger as she was handing out her marshmallows to lucky passersby this morning was an extra bonus.

See you all in the morning for what is promising to be a cracker of swim, with conditions settling just in time for our special ‘bumper’ swim on the winter solstice, this coming Thursday.
Happy Father’s Day to all those beautiful Dad’s in the UK today xx

Beautiful today but I suspect even nicer tomorrow. Full sun, westerly winds, low swell. It won’t get much better.

Ted and I do a 52 km round trip to do the B&B, not just for the swim, sunrises, camaraderie, marine life etc but for the amazing quirky characters we meet! I didn’t think quirky could really get any quirkier than some of the B&B gents, until I met June this morning! It made my day at 6.50am to be handed a packet of marshmellows by a lady dressed up as a tiger! More proof that Manly lies at the end of the rainbow!
Thank you, thank you, thank you and yes we will sponsor you for the graveyard swim. Well done guys!

Great photos Richard, very cool! And how good was it to see the sun for the full swim, when did we last have that? 🙂
I noticed the water today was definitely colder than yesterday, I hope we won’t have to wait until summer to see it goes above 18° again!
Just had a quick look on Wikipedia, marshmallows aren’t listed as a favorite food for Tiger sharks, we will have to get that fixed! 🙂
