93 thoroughly spoilt Bold & Beautiful swimmers
The water was as clear as clear can be, with the sun floodlighting the underwater world as it reflected off every grain of sand, completing what was already total perfection this morning.
The water is sooooo calm and still, you get more ripples in the bath.
Irish dancing Liz is back with us for two days !! 🙂
Robert G is happy to be swimming with his son, Ben
and Elaine and Ted with their nephew, Jordan who is enjoying being out here on holiday 🙂
These are the best swimming conditions ever, anywhere in the world ! And… it’s forecast to remain this way at least until the end of the week, so if you even kind of only just think you could possibly enjoy a swim, now is the time. Come on down and join in, you won’t be able to help but absolutely love it !!!

Safe travels to Simon C as he heads off early today to holiday before he swims as part of the B&B team in the Maui Channel crossing. Keep the photos coming as you tour around please Simon.

It was beautiful out there today, probably the clearest it has been. Just stunning!

They were juvenile Salps which had recently broken off from the main colony, a long chain of tiny bodies. Once free, they grow up to as long as your thumb. I have seen thousands of the adults washed up on the shores of North Harbour. Clear, calm waters, sunshine and fish swimming below – just so good. It was well worth the extra laps.
