Well over 180 Bold & Beautiful swimmers !!
What a mammoth turnout this morning, including 25 first time swimmers, welcome to you all.
It’s hardly surprising there were so many of us, it was an absolute cracker of a morning with the sun shining, an extra hour in bed and warm, calm seas.
It was soooo clear too, you could enjoy the marine life the whole way across.
We weren’t the only ones out in force this morning, there were soooo many duskies out amongst us, it was outstanding !!
Check out Gaetan’s sensational photos below: two close ups of the duskies, a flathead and the elusive frog fish.
Plus a bonus, Gaetan’s best shark video ever here or if you can only access you tube try here
8 swimmers also enjoyed an early lap into Shelly and 5 people also continued on for some extra laps afterwards, why wouldn’t you too, it was blooming lovely.
Dave and I started our Tri training this morning very very casually indeed. We will be continuing on for a gentle cycle up at North Head after every Sunday morning’s swim, then maybe a little jog too if we feel up to it before brekkie, so please join in, everyone welcome.
Check out the first B&B on tour stop of Nic and Kristina’s at Nevis as we join them on their cycle of 30,000km’s around the world !!! We will be posting all of their B&B pit stops here, but you can also follow their progress anytime via their own blog here

Great video Gaetan.
Michael, are you in for an early one tomorrow. I think I have talked Jalna into it. Maybe even Leslie seeing she slept in today!

Hey James, that video did my head in, love the audio too.
After watching Gaetans stunning video I realise I’ve a long way to go with my Go-Pro. But I do have a lovely photo of Tims bottom.
What a beautiful day!!!!

I’m in. The same swell as today with SUN. And 6.30 is now quite light, the sun is even up. It feels like cheating!!
6.30 in the water. Come on Jalna and Leslie!!

Gaetan, the video and stills are fantastic. I’m sending them on to Mark – I’m sure he’ll be SO impressed – maybe include a few more of your pics on the OzMus website!
