The Big Kahuna is coming tommorrow, don’t miss out !

I’m told Julie Isbill  “The Big Kahuna” is going to be here tomorrow, now is your chance to meet her if you haven’t already. She apparently had something to do with starting this swim, but I’m not sure.

 

This was what it was like @ 6am before anybody had arrived

I had a tough time when the cord from the camera got twisted around some cunjevoi with some big waves.

 

 

Staying safe

Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits.  Also, if you have a bit more experience, keep an eye out for new swimmers who might need company. Not sure how many swimmers today ! but it was a lot, tomorrow will be even bigger.
