Thankfully the awful humidity is still staying away. A warm morning and the water temps are pleasant. I saw no jellies today
Autumn is creeping in and along with it some beautiful morning light
Today is Emma’s first swim (second from the right). Welcome, Emma!

Shelley is definitely in the unconsciously competent square of the Blog Tart competence quadrant
I don’t care what you say, I can see the beauty in a scorpion fish
inaturalist.org says this is an estuarine cobbler
I’ve seen better flathead hiding attempts but not many
What am I listening to? Well, lots and I can’t remember what I posted last time. But yesterday and today I was listening to Abbey Road and there are some pearlers on that album. But this is a cover of Here Comes The Sun by another favourite band of mine. I think they did a good job especially since this a live recording. Due to their massive back catalog they pretty much never do covers these days (I saw them do Highway to Hell by ACDC once but can’t find it)

Anne, a great blog today. I almost feel like I am there with you, the flathead and the swimmers passing by. I saw a couple of big flatties recently and many swimmers passing by. Very nice conditions; I can’t wait to get back in a week or two.
