It was less than 13 degrees when I arrive and John measured 18.8 degrees in the water

So Daz & Baz rugged up

Penny Jenny Inge & Henrietta suited up

these ladies coffeed up

Chris filled his suit with hot water

Lesley had the shivers and tried cuddling Dave and John

But found it was warmer to cuddle Drinky sans speedos

Many wore rubber

Sarah pointed to a warm patch out there ->

The Bishop tested the wind

But Lips and Jim said….

Fifa said it was so warm in the water I did a double

Marije said , ” I saw 40 sharks plus a cuttle fish..”

Have a great week ahead.

It was my favourite swim this year (except for the jimble sting). So many fish and sharks and so clear!

Great, fun blog, Simon and glad you’re back swimming too!
Amazing early swim and that warm channel was a real contrast to chilly Shelly and the chilly rocks….. pink sky, moon, glassy water and incredible fish and sharks…… enjoy while it lasts!

Some interesting shots Simon. Love the first and Lesbubbs and Drinky! So nice to be welcomed back by swimmer friends and then it seemed as if my favourite fishy friends came out to say Hello. (Corny but true!) I’ll put photos on my Wednesday blog of Cuttlefish putting on a display, Triggerfish etc if you haven’t seen FB.)
