Can anyone guess what exercise has all these benefits?
It’s smiling!!
More stats from my exercise class at Physiocise:
There’s never a shortage of smiles down at the Bold and Beautiful Swim-Henrietta and Anne welcomed a new swimmer-
how about these smiles..
I swam over the Eagle Ray today, couldn’t believe my luck:
then I had a leisurely swim back with Inge, trying to improve my stroke, thank you very much.
Other days I try to improve by having lessons with MB Freestyle, give it a whirl if you need some improvement-
The doublers always have a smile because they’re feeling the benefits of the extra exericse they do:
the only other fish I saw clearly this week were the flathead and the cute little yellow things, where’s Elaine when I need her?? She always knows the names of fish.
Nice to see Robyn back at Manly after her hip replacement, recovering very quickly I might add:
Remember to stay safe over the Christmas break, always have a friend handy to catch you when you fall
You’ll hear from me in the New Year peeps, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all in one-

My smile is fixed in place for the festive season with industrial strength adhesive. Thanks for the reminder Edwina. Jeez those doublers are a top looking crew.
Love your sign off pic

A smiling face is better looking than a frowning face too. 😜

A nice blog Edwina. How do you do it, working, swimming, blogging (with some health statistics to boot), with such a calm relaxed demeanour and look a such a picture of health?

Love a blog that starts with a whiteboard and a couple of info graphics. Made me smile!

Get the less interesting bits over and done with first, then let the good times roll. 😜

Great, effortless blog again Ed. Of course I though you were going to say swimming but swimming/smiling, what’s the difference! The stripeys are Mados but if they are bright yellow with black stripes they are actually called Stripeys!
