14/04/2012 – Sydney Morning Heaven

14/04/20127

Well Over 205 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.

Oh My Gosh what a beautiful morning !!  With a fantastic turnout of swimmers it was absolutely perfect in every way.

Gorgeous day with stunning water; warm, flat and clear, teaming with marine life including the pink swimmer fish all enjoying our world class reserve together, followed by our well earned coffee with friends afterwards.  Gotta love it !!  Life just doesn’t get any better 🙂

Picture perfect for the Sun Herald photographer, James this morning, thank you for being a part of it ! Please look out for the article in the new out and about section of the Sun Herald next Sun, 22nd April.

20 swimmers set off early for a bonus sunrise lap into Shelly, while another 9 set off for a beautiful journey swim to Dee Why.   After the regular swim 5 people continued on for an extra lap to Shelly and another 5 ventured up to Freshie and back.

Thanks for today’s blog title inspiration again Sam 🙂

Please feel to bring down your push bikes and join us for a gentle cycle around North Head after the swim tomorrow, maybe a little shuffle after that before brekkie too.  The more the merrier so please join in.

If its a nice flat day like today, does anyone fancy doing a snorkel to Shelly tomoro. If so meet at the lifesavers club at midday.

Great swim to Dee Why against the current and an enjoyable help on the way back. Cheers to all swimmers and big thanks to Gaetan and Nicole for supporting us all the way.
