60 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
People were jumping with joy to be part of this morning’s swim.

Understandable too as it was superb ! Calm, fun and the visibility is improving too 🙂

There was an extra wetsuit that made a special appearance, although I think may be disappearing again as it just wasn’t the same… hey Ted 😉

Although by the look of Brent you could be forgiven for thinking it was a tad chilly this morning…

Elaine K is predicting peace and it looks like she could be right with even flatter conditions than today forecast for tomorrow 🙂

3 people enjoyed an early swim up to Queensie to watch the sunrise and Michael continued on afterwards for a solo double lap of Shelly.
334 people are currently on target for their 2012 winter badge !! It’s not too late to start either as there are still 74 days and 11 weeks of winter left and you only need to swim 20 times over a minimum of 7 different weeks !! Complete all of your qualifying swims without a wetsuit and get your ‘winter without wetsuit’ badge too. Check out the list of who’s who in the winter zoo here

RE: MS24hr
I are swimming for Robs –Whale boy heros.
Most was arranged 2-3 months ago and it is hard to get a place on an existing team.
But I dont know about new teams.
I will do 12-6 am with Adam and then drive down for Bruces send off,
Suggest people carpool to keep each other awake on the drive back to manly. Trust me on this.
I can drive people back after 6 am.(Upto 4)
But will be leaving Ryde late Saturday night, anyone is welcome to get dropped off at my place (afternoon, dinner, late dinner, whatever) and i can drive them down. I live 6 km from the pool with lots of parking.

So sorry Michael I was unfaithful and swam with a Palm Beach Group at 10am! And guess what a pod of dolphins were swimming and jumping right next to me! ( unfortunately as I looked down to see them underwater they breached and when I put my head up they were underwater …this went on for a while but I caught a glimpse…)
Just realised … you know where I was because of my post in ‘Did you swim today’!! ( i nicked that photo off the net btw) See you all tomorrow! Brrrr without a wetsuit!!
