13/04/15 – Opportunity in Crisis

13/04/20157

Life is a flow of creative energy.  Being ‘stuck’ occurs when we try to contain creative energy.  This creates a pressure cooker situation.  Nothing can contain creative energy, even the universe as a whole must continue to expand.

What we call a crisis can be seen as the release of pent-up creative energy.  A suffering due to a lack of flow.  But when directed to effect positive change, creative energy allows us to discover a more authentic world, a more authentic self.  With this view we may see a crisis as an opportunity, an experience to be explored, not merely endured.

With every morning swim, nature gifts us opportunities to remember our flow.  Maybe because that’s just what nature does, or maybe because it holds a deep knowing of our ability to find it.
