Yes, there were some jimbles today. I dodged 16. As Dory reminds us, if you touch them, they might just sting you! This was not enough to deter the pink cap crew from venturing into the bay and enjoying fantastic clear water conditions. There were a surprising number of swimmers braving it without wetsuits, too!

Baptism by sting in my first swim with the B&B. Now have a massive jolly jimble marking to take back to Melbourne to remind me of my delightful swim at Manly. Back for another swim at Christmas, with my good friends, Fi, Michael, Fiona and Em of the Inner Westies….

love the actual photo of an actual jimble… elusive little buggers. Thanks Anna. Turned out to be a lovely swim, none were sighted close to the wall, just lots of other nicer marine critters
