What a morning… we were bathed in sunshine! How nice it is to be getting off your bike from cycling down to the swim, to be greeted by your good mate Dave!
And then you wander over to the clubhouse… great to see brother James… and then Sterling rattling on about how he beat someone or other from the over 75 division…

Management bring a calming presence to our swim!
It was cool in the water… rumours are it was 15.1 degrees. It took a while to get the face into the water… but honestly, once you were in it was marvellous! Clear, calm conditions. Lots of A-teamers today too battling it out on the way back. On behalf of the group I would like to apologise to the bloke who swam across us as the Let’s Go was called. It was straight over the top!
What giants we have in our group! Good to see Drinksy Bon Jovi at the Bold and Beautiful…

Marvelous swim indeed. 15.1 degrees. I’m wearing JP’s old wetsuit again. And I’m not ashamed to say it.
