Thursday 16 August 2018: 10 out of 10

Today was one of those 10 out of 10 winters days – barely any swell, a little warmer than it has been at 16.6 degrees, clear and near perfect conditions.

The 6.30 team were out in force, some doing the last of their winter badges – swimming 20 swims over seven different weeks between June and August.  We noticed that these tough guys don’t need a wetsuit – very impressive.

Birthday celebrations have well and truly finished for LesBubs but she’s still dateless so if you have a rich, good-looking friend then be sure to introduce them to Lesley.

The sunrise was 10 out of 10 – quite dramatic with the low cloud.

Midge’s dog loves Richard’s feet.  Meanwhile a birdie tells me that Sean has taken up salsa dancing – ask him to show us his moves!!

Sheena was very helpful squeezing Steve into his wetsuit.

Meanwhile management was showing off his backside to all the ladies – his son gave him these “Bundy smgglers”!!!

Getting in wasn’t even an issue this morning.

Yesterday was Monica’s birthday.

Gemma is back from England enjoying all Manly has to offer.  Sue was also back after eye surgery.  Nice to see both of you today.
