What a beautiful autumnal morning for the distribution of our summer badges. Congratulations to everyone who battled the challenges thrown at you this summer to complete our swim challenges. What a lot of challenges there were- summer challenge-30 swims, super swimmer(SSS)-50 swims, triple(3.5km), 6km & 10km. Congratulations to everyone who completed a challenge this summer and especially to the exclusive group of 6 swimmers who completed them all!? Wow wow wow!!

There was lots of chatter over coffee with fun stories about how swims were completed with shark alarm interruptions, completing the challenge swimming with a dusky in the netted area, swimming alone across Cabbage Tree Bay when your swim friends had all gone on holidays.
Lots of talk about the next lot of challenges commencing in June- the winter badges. Once the bullsharks have left us for their annual migration & the bluebottles remain offshore are we ready for the cold water & jimbles??
