The Pacific Ocean is an endorphin store

26/02/20260

I come to Manly from Dee Why and while I’m always full of happy anticipation the mood lifts even more once I’m able to see the Queenscliff to Shelly vista. We are very lucky.

Not unusually I arrived late and the place looked deserted. The flags were up so that was a good sign

The initial word about conditions was algae and weed so I decided to dip with Cath and Fiona, having achieved my summer swim goal.

Here is Cath atop the Set of the Day

We met the lovely Barbara from Hamburg who comes to Australia regularly to visit family. She has always wanted to swim here and has finally started. Lovely to meet you Barbara
Having only dipped among to algae and weed at the shore I didn’t see any critters do here are some from earlier this week.

Tomas’s brilliant banana cake with pecans added to the endorphin rush, or was it a sugar hit? A special prize for guessing who owns the spectacularly pedicured toes.

I had to get a shot of the fabulous Coke Classic poster before it comes down.

A word from management

Have the best day!
