Happiness is…Manly at Dawn

Lots of activity, 6.30 express, Yoga and 7am regular B & B swim and the” doublers” to name a few.

 Yoga looked very relaxing.

Maria and Alanna preparing for their single at 7am and “doubler” respectively.

The trusty info board – Note that the dinner next Tuesday’s guest speaker is Fiona Reid – she is going to do a “light” look into Divorce. Ian tells me it will be a lot of fun. (Don’t be scared…)

Staying safe – a timely reminder!

Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits. Also, if you have a bit more experience, keep an eye out for new swimmers who might need company. Do read these excellent tips on staying safe in the surf. To read, or even download, click here.
