29 ‘ticked’ Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
Half Way United again this morning… We all went out and back from Half Way Beach as the beach was closed.
Lots of spray and oh my gosh it was choppy. It certainly had that rock and roll and feel out there this morning, making for a fun adventure. Cathie Coleman for one loved it. Cathie said the only thing missing was her washing… she wished she had towed a bag of washing behind her as it would have worked a treat… Ok well minus the seaweed, but hey maybe that is considered an extravagence !?
A great night was had, as always, at our monthly Manly Wine sponsored Nibbles last night. Thanks guys !!
The Steyne Hotel are so excited by the response to the B&B Steak and Trivia night that they have very generously extended our capacity to 200 !!! Then that really is the maximum. So there are ~40 seats left. First in best dressed, so please contact me asap if you would like to come. To check out the tables so far please click here.
Tim’s fact of the day: “The Mola Mola, or Ocean Sunfish, lays up to 5 000 000 eggs at one time.”
Apparently the Today Show are filming their weather from Manly again tomorrow morning, from 6.30-9am, this time from Manly Wharf.
Linda’s tip of the day: “Don’t ignore the Lifeguards”… click here and play the video !!!

I hear that swimming in giant washing machines greatly increases weight loss. Excellent choice to swim this morning!

According to MSW the swell will be only 0.3m and from the South, it will be sunny and the wind from the west at 10KPH. The water temperature will be 18.4c, so it should be a perfect morning for it!!

Michael, Coastalwatch does not agree, but I’m an optimist so will go with “your” prediction…
So who’s up for a Bolderdash?

He really does stand out….. I think it’s because of his skinniness!
