20 ‘ticked’ Bold & Beautiful swimmers and 18 people at breakfast, not all who swam I might add… 🙂
Well it really was the stalwart contingent this morning. What with the talk of 6 metre waves, hazardous swimming conditions according to the radio, a monster wind and rain everyone stayed in bed…
But, the swim was none of those things, it was lovely, we were protected from the swell as it was a direct southerly, so it was flat and warm 🙂
Jackie Bourn was a conscientious objector as she arrived but had to confess at coffee that it was a lovely swim and well worth the effort.
Lesley Coulter arrived to a charming greeting from John Kelly “What happened to you Lesley, have you arrived via a sewer” …she really did look like a fully clothed drowned rat… although Lesley said it was definitely worth the turmoil of getting here as it was her favourite swim.
Ok, ok… and I was soft… I thought it was the perfect morning to trial my new wetsuit which was great I must confess 🙂
Not much to report on marine life or water melons today, although Michael Christie saw a large school of large fish near the fairy bower rock pool but he didn’t know what they were !
Uhmm it looks like he didn’t know what he was at breakfast today either….
Look forward to seeing you tonight at our Monthly Manly Wine sponsored B&B nibbles 🙂

Yes, what a supermodel, that Michael Christie.
It was a very wet swim this morning, but wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

Great video Gaetan, what were you doing watching from the car park, I thought you would have been down there surfing, especially as I could here Boy Michel’s voice in the background 🙂
Does this mean your new camera has arrived ??

So betrayed right now mate!!!
your text message said:
“No way weather is shit better stay in bed”
but by your own vimeo you reveal you stood up our morning swim to go gallivanting around with that Michel lad…
It would appear that I am not only 2nd to Michel in the water but on land too!!!

I like the idea of ‘raconteur’, but probably not ‘gay icon’?? I think his lippy is a little different to mine anyway.

Tomorrow:
Sea will have dropped, wind will have dropped and rain will have stopped!!
Could be a next to passable morning. Certainly it was good this morning in spite of how it appeared
