What a great Birthday picture, Happy Birthday to two of our Gorgeous girls….(thanks for capturing this Elaine).

Beautiful sunrise this morning.

I hear from Ian that the Yoga was amazing…even got a little massage. I will be there for that next week!

Water was calm and a warm 20.7 degrees and the air temp at 7am about 22 degrees. Very nice.

Pretty uneventful swim, although I did see some poor unsuspecting swimmer hit the divers buoy.

A random jelly blubber swimming in the middle, probably waiting to be Shelley’s (the turtles) breakfast.

Staying safe
Remember that there are no badges for scaring yourself silly! While it is great to extend your boundaries, it is important to know your limits.
