Over 33 Bold & Beautiful Swimmers. We saw two whales breach about 200 meters off shore at we entered the water again, so we bolted to the Bower again.
The water was just beautiful: warm, clear with some spring bloom still on the surface but no whales, that’s until we got back to land when there were about 4 whales breaching right where ‘we’ had been swimming – damn ! Maybe tomorrow…
B&B sponsored nibbles at Manly Wine this coming Tuesday evening at 6.30pm.
Water Temperature 19.1 degrees.
Sunrise 6.07am.
Sunset 7.13pm.
Low Tide: 7.54am.
High Tide: 2.07pm.

It doesn’t get much better really. Water at 19c+ and clear as. Nice and flat and whales playing off the beach. One of these days we’re going to run into one.

OOOh I felt naked today without my black skin (first since winter) but the 19.1 felt heaps better then a wetsuit filling up with water from the huge hole I have. First adventure ever to Bower…..thanks B&B

Seems when the water warmer we see whales … or is it because a whales bladder can hold over 20 litres?
