Over 46 Bold & Beautiful Swimmers. Stunning morning with the water both warming and clearing, well that was until we got to Shelly were there was a spring bloom of red phytoplankton such as diatoms or dinoflagellates which occurs in spring in temperate and sub-polar bodies of water !!
There was great marine life out there this morning too: a shovel nose shark and a fiddler ray – nice 🙂
Great photo by James this morning !

I was reminded of the swim this morning when I leant over to press the lift button in a full lift at work and 4 litres of water ran out my nose … it was very funny 🙂

Hey Michel, that’s too funny, gotta love it when that happens and the people around you have no understanding – love it 🙂
