48 ‘ticked’ Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
Frosty morning with a definite chill in the air, but the water is still lovely, although a little brisk as we wait in the shade at Shelly Beach…
Only one large grouper and a solo dusky whaler came out to play with all the schools of little fish today.
Hope the B&B swimmers went well in the South Head Swim yesterday ??

Talking to Mike this morning, wondering if we seriously up the swimmer numbers for winter, whether it might make the water warmer.
Well, I can hope at least!
Very worried as Bruce Baird added, he thought it would work, especially if we all pee in the water when we get to Shelly!
I’m not sure if I’ll stand next to Bruce when we get to Shelly anymore!

Hey its going to be good tomorrow!
Swell is only 1m and from the south, with a sunny morning, very little wind and a temperature several degrees above this mornings. Water temperature will stay around 20c. It couldn’t be better.
