Eva Ruzickova is a wonderful member of the B&B swim squad. Sadly Eva is travelling back to the Czech Republic on Tuesday so this will be her last weekend swimming with B&B for a little while.
We’re all trying very hard to convince Eva to return soon.
Krásná Eva (beautiful)
Manly put on a stunning morning especially for Eva’s penultimate B&B swim.

Julie and Michael are back for a few days.
As most of you know, Julie and Michael are founding members of B&B and what an incredible group they have started. Julie has achieved some major swimming achievements, she is the 150th person in the world to achieve a Triple Crown in Open Water Swimming:
- The English Channel, 33.7 km between France and England, Julie completed on 28 June 2016
- The Catalina Channel, 32.5 km between Catalina Island and the California mainland; and
- Manhattan Island Marathon Swim, a 48.5 km circumnavigation of Manhattan Island, New York City.

Kerry Jukes achieved the fantastic goal of swimming 1,000km yesterday.
Drinksie is back from illness and today we celebrated Irish Robbie’s birthday.

It’s a party every morning at B&B.

Tim Giovanelli wrote a great blog on thankfulness yesterday.
I recommend you also take a look at the NY Times article, How to Build Resilience in Midlife, by Tara Parker-Pope. I really enjoyed reading it and you might get a lot out of it as well.

As mentioned at the start of this blog, sadly tomorrow will be Eva’s last B&B swim for little while. Eva is a gorgeous girl and she has made so many good friends through the B&B swim. Eva, you are loved and you will be missed.
