Over 53 Bold & Beautiful swimmers.
There were still Bluies in the ocean this morning so we went for a beautiful calm swim in the Harbour with the Banjo Rays. Very nice 🙂
The 6km will still be on tomorrow, if there are Bluies it will be in the Harbour.
We’ve currently got about 20 swimmers, 4 boats and two paddlers ready to venture across the heads, departing Quarantine Beach at 10.30am 🙂
Roberto, I’m happy to all go in ur water taxi if its not to late for Kelly to cancel the 6 seater that she ordered.
Or there is the Manly Flyer, Harbour Hopper, which goes at quarter past the hour every hour for $12 each: www.manlyflyer.com.au
Water Temperature 24.0 degrees.
Sunrise 6.26am.
Sunset 7.53pm.
Low Tide: 8.46am.
High Tide: 2.32pm.

Hi All,
Mum and Dad are coming for breakie and then driving across (instead of sister). If you have clothes/bags we can put them in their car but I will be disappointed if we don’t get a picture of us all in our pink caps, swimsuits with a pint in hand in the pub.
If the 6km is in the harbor I might swim that beforehand.

Hey Tim, you must admit it was pretty bad. She had stings all over her. POOR POOR Linda. On the other hand Little Cub got a tiny weeny sting on her pinky. She had only taken one stroke, and guess what, she bailed. I think Little Cub should “MAN UP”.
Enjoy the swim ‘Across the Heads’ tomorrow. Looking forward to some great photos. SAFE JOURNEY!!!!

Jules – Stings on hand have turned into a weeping mess.
Nick – What that article proves is that the shark prefers fish.
Looking forward to swimming tomorrow and going to Wharf Bar in 5 to carbon load for swim.
Just realized i’m getting excited about going to the eastern suburbs to wear pink in the pub.

meet you all at club at nine tomorrow to set of from manly.
bit last minute, but if anyone needs anything shipping over to watsons, dylan is taking the kids in the boat, but he will need your (very small) bags after the 7am usual swim – he’s the one in the pink cap if you don’t know him! Or just ask Jules to point him out.
can’t wait
