36 Bold & Beautiful Swimmers with all good intentions until we received warnings on the number of Blue Bottles & Purple People Eaters clumped out there, so we ran, yes that was ran all the way to Queenscliff and back followed by a ‘tea bag’ and amazingly we all made it 🙂
Sadly Bold & Beautiful surrendered their water safety award to an amazing group called The Rainbow Club who have been running for 5 years, teaching 400 disabled children a week to swim, congratulations to The Rainbow Club!
I received a Commendation for the Ministers Award for an Individual’s Most Outstanding Contribution to Water Safety in NSW which was a real honor so thank you very much for the nomination and all the kind references.
The gentleman who won the award did amazing things for Rock Fishing so congratulations to him and all the other recipients of awards.
Oh and a big HELLO from Jenny Knapman to Margaret Dane in Switzerland who reads our daily blog 🙂

Congratulations Julie on the Commendation you recieved. A very worthy recipient. It was nice to have a little jogging excursion along the beach. I only went half way but it’s inspired me to jog more often. The dip in was lovely and refreshing, a few nice little waves to catch. And Michael, I forgot how mischievious you can be, the mention of sharks had me going for a few minutes.
