Rusty’s Friday pitch report
A light NE breeze, coupled with a NE swell, and the southern corner has chaotic chunky slabs. A board collision at 6am rush stops traffic, all reported good later. We lose all structure with the waves. North to the pipe with Jen and Swanbourne Sam, before joining a big crew at Kylies cranes surf spot.
A pink blanket covers the sky at 530. Carports full, people sharing sleepless nights. Warm water. A rhythmic loping pace. We stretch out looking for magic.
FFF had forty-six bodies charging in – a full-blown aquatic stampede. Stunning seahorses, the lot of them. 🐎💦
Most came out of the surf bringing home enough sand to build our own private island 🏝️
Somewhere between wave three and a sprint to the wall, Boomer launched into an impassioned rant about the cost of living 🙄

Swell rolling, waves dancing, salt flying 🎭 pure ocean theatre
Dx assembled like a platoon of Poseidon’s sea warriors 🎖️ ready to conquer the ocean. 🌊
Meanwhile, whispers floated through the foam that Guv may or may not have been rocking the infamous red undies again 🔥 but you’d have to ask him yourself… Or maybe don’t… Some mysteries are better left beneath the surface.
Fuel up 💪 be 100% up for mischief 😉 And never regret a swim 🏊♀️
Salt, sass, and south chaos all rolled into another Friday. Another salt-soaked, wave-thrashed, joy-charged morning in the bay.
