Wednesday 7th January 2021…smaller miracles

Great to be back blogging after a long break. You can blame Deane and Anne for getting me back.

A great mate reminded me this morning about one of the secrets to happiness. ‘It’s about miracles’ he explained. ‘Some people wait for big biblical miracles but I experience them all the time.’ Now this is a great bloke but hardley a saint. So of course I questioned him, ”All the time?’ ‘You bet’ he said. ‘Each breathe is a miracle, every smile, each hug, morning sunrises, and of course the enormous ocean we get to be in.’ I love that idea, so we enjoyed the miracle of friendship and the ocean we get to share it in.
