Welcome to a quickie Blog with lots of people and no fish. Tune in for Lainey’s Blog if you want fish 😄
The morning greeted BnB Newbies, Groupies, Blog Tarts and Old Skool with warm conditions and a spectacular sunrise.
I managed to track down a couple of Blog Newbies…
A few Blog Groupies…
And many Blog Tarts…
And old skool peeps… Jenny (one of the originals) Les Bubs and Brian.
Another fantastic day! See you on the beach 🏖
PS Emma is raising money for Dry July for people living with Cancer. While she has already exceeded her target, lets get behind this and show how we can smack the target out of the park.

Stats: Winter Badge The Winter swimming season is finally here! Although the water temperature may be a little colder than you might like, there are several advantages of swimming in winter, including flat seas, good visibility and no bluebottles. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that you can also qualify for a winter badge by swimming a minimum of 20 times between 1st June and 31st August. You must also swim in at least 7 different weeks. If you manage to do all of your qualifying swims without a wetsuit (or other thermal enhancing equipment), you will also qualify for the coveted WWW badge (Winter without wetsuit). So start now, and don’t forget to log your swims to qualify.

Great blog, thanks Fiona… don’t know how you fit in everything that you do. How amazing was that sunrise, over a calm smooth sea and relatively warmer morning. Bliss!

Thanks Fiona, lucky for us to have you blogging! What lovely conditions and those few extra air degrees make a big difference!
Just back from another lovely arvo swim….. no need for a wetsuit at this time!
